Steps for updating your membership payment details (5 min payment info update tutorial)

You came to this page because you might be having trouble adding a payment method to renew your membership. First, please delete your cookies and empty your cache for the website. Heres a link to describe how to do that for every browser.

Step 1

After you deleted your cookies go and login on the form to the right.

Once you are logged in your will be redirected to to the resources page.

Step 2

Select UPDATE BILLING from the main menu or click on this link. 

Step 3

Select NEW BILLING METHOD (or it may display as Add Billing Method)


Step 4 

Enter your name and address details in the pop up window and PRESS Payment info

Step 5

Enter your name and address details in the pop up window and press ADD 

Step 6

This is the final step, please press SUBMIT FORM

This should update your payment information. If you still are having problems please contact our webmaster who will aid you in figuring out what might be causing the issue.
